Kids 30 Minutes

Tonight we have 10 kids racing in the first one. One of these ten is a new lad called Austin. Tonight is his first proper race so let's hope he enjoys it. He has been getting a bit of practice in since about 1pm earlier today.
All the drivers got off to a good start.
On lap 14, Daniel Powley got the fastest lap of 36.39.
10 minutes have passed.
Sean is in 1st place. Daniel Powley is 2nd. These two keep swapping positions. At the minute it is close between them. Daniel is only 0.98 of a second behind Sean.
Dan Zelos is doing well. He is holding 3rd place and is 15.54 seconds behind 2nd place.
They are now on lap 22 and Tom Blackmore finds himself stuck in the tyres, coming out of the loop.
On lap 21, Daniel Powley got the new fastest lap of 36.21.
4 minutes of the race left to go.
Ashley is out of the race. I think one of his wheel bearings broke.
Dan + Sean are still close, 0.31 of a second between them.
Spraggy is now up in to 3rd from starting in 7th.
Ben Cook is up in 4th. This has knocked Dan Zelos down to 5th.
Daniel Powley took the chequered flag and he won by 0.30 of a second.

We also have 10 kids competing in this second race.
Ashley's holding 1st place. Tom Blackmore is up from 3rd in to 2nd, 1.37 seconds behind.
On lap 4, Matt got the fastest lap of 36.55.
On lap 13, Matt beat it again this time with a 36.28.
Tom and Daniel Bowman just had a bit of a coming together as they were nearing the pit entrance.
9 minutes have passed.
Sean is in 2nd. Daniel Powley is in 3rd, 0.45 of a second behind.
6th place Dan Zelos is 0.18 of a second behind 5th place Nathan Read.
Little Austin is doing well out there. He doesn't seem to have had any problems with his kart which is great news!
On lap 19, Matt put in another new fastest lap of 36.13.
20 minutes have now passed. Sean is in to 1st place. Daniel Powley is 2nd, 0.75 of a second behind. Spraggy is 3rd, 0.24 of a second behind.
