We had 2 teams drop out of racing in this mornings 1hr summer league. So this leaves us with only 8 teams but that won't stop it from being great fun! It probably means that there will be more battling between the teams, as they are all racing in one league rather than in an A and B League.

Mushrooms Clive and Tyco's Nigel both got away to a fast start. They are battling for 1st and 2nd places.

Bertie from team Boomerang shoots up in to 2nd position. Putting Mushrooms Clive into 3rd place.

The weather is dry but dull and overcast. Some of the heavier drivers are wishing for rain and are doing a little rain dance! The majority of the teams are currently lapping in 47 or 48 second laps.

All the teams are close together. Tony from team Terrible Twos is catching up with Ted from team Old Boys. This just shows how much Tony has progressed since he first started racing about 4 months ago. But it could be that the kart Ted had was a bit slow (or it could have been the driver!)

16 minutes have gone, team Total Chaos are in first. Jed is actually doing an hour on his own as his team mate Sean is on holiday - somewhere warm and hot!

Phil Batt from team Thunderbolt + Lightfoot has got the fastest lap of 46.41 on lap 45.

Keith from team Thunderbolt + Lightfoot and Clive from Mushrooms are battling for 4th and 5th places. Clive got a bit nudgy so i think he got shown the nudging board, or if he didn't get it he should have done!

Ted from Old Boys and Tony from team Terrible Twos are having a close battle for 7th and 8th places.

Jed from team Total Chaos is still leading but he still has 3 balls to put in the bucket and there is only 11 minutes of the race left!
